Your investments
are about to get real.

To declare your eligibility and invest the IPIF Core Fund, simply follow the steps below. You’ll receive an Information Memorandum (IM) from our Fund trustee. This is the official offering document and investment application. Read it carefully, then send in your completed application with backup documents.

As trustee of our Fund, Vasco Trustees Limited is the issuer of the offer document (Information Memorandum). When you apply to invest in the Fund, Vasco is responsible for verifying your information and issuing your “unitholder” statement once the investment is complete.

  • You manage an SMSF with net assets of $2.5 million or more or annual income greater than $250,000.
  • You are a financial advisor and use either Netwealth or Powerwrap to administer your clients’ investments. Or a fund manager who qualifies as a wholesale investor.

Mail your completed form and accompanying documents to the address listed on the application. For a faster response, send scans of your application and accompanying documentation and follow up by mailing the originals

Step 4

Once our trustees verify your information, your funds will be invested and we’ll issue you with a “unitholding statement.” Then you can sit back and enjoy the diversity and steady performance of your real, concrete investments.
